Shipping policy

Products will be manufactured in the order in which customer orders come in. Shipping is usually within 2 to 5 business days. If shipping is delayed customer will be informed. Shipping is accomplished with the customers choice of carrier unless free shipping is used and that will be at the discretion of American Custom Products, Inc. who will determine the fastest but  cost effective method. Shipping delays after the carrier receives the item is not the responsibility of American Custom Products, Inc. but we will assist the customer with all our resources to find and help get delivered. American Custom Products, Inc. is not liable for lost packages but will assist customer to work towards a cost effective replacement or resolution
